1. Fulfilment & Delivery
All products are made to order and shipped using our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. This means:

Fulfilment (printing & packing) takes 2–7 business days

Shipping times begin after fulfilment is complete

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships
Because items are produced individually, your order may arrive in more than one parcel if it includes multiple items.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Europe only, including:

United Kingdom

European Union countries

Norway, Switzerland, Iceland
If you're outside of Europe and interested in our products, feel free to get in touch — we may expand our shipping zones in the future.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
This varies by region, unless otherwise stated in the item description they are as follows:
UK (Mainland) - 3–7 business days after fulfilment
EU countries - 5–10 business days after fulfilment
EEA/Other Europe - 7–12 business days after fulfilment

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on your location and the specific items ordered.
Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions — follow us or subscribe to stay updated.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please Contact us.
6. Customs & Import Fees
Customers in Europe will not usually incur customs fees, but exceptions may apply depending on your country’s regulations (particularly outside the EU).
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time:

First, check the tracking information provided

Then contact your local delivery office for updates

If it’s been 15 business days (UK/EU) or more since shipping with no update, get in touch and we’ll investigate
💡 If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for redelivery or offer a refund minus shipping costs.
