1. Overview
At Andy On 2 Wheels, we want you to be happy with your order. While our products are custom printed and fulfilled by Printful, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out — and we’re here to help.
We accept returns for both faulty items and unwanted items, as long as they meet the conditions below.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All products are printed on demand via our partner Printful, which means each item is made especially for you. Because of this, we ask that you:

3. Returns for Unwanted Items
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? No problem.
We accept returns for unwanted items as long as:

You notify us within 14 days of delivery

The item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery

It is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
You (the customer) are responsible for:

The cost of return shipping

Safely packaging the item to avoid damage during transit
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery costs, unless we choose to waive them).
📦 Return Address: Please Contact us for the return address - Printful wont take returns of unwanted items so you will have to send it back to our home address.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.
Please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order as above and place a new order through the website.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued once:

We receive and inspect the returned item (for unwanted returns), or

We confirm a fault or delivery issue (for defective/lost items)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or card provider.
7. Orders with Incorrect Addresses
If the address you provided is incorrect and the parcel is returned, we may charge a reshipping fee or offer a refund minus shipping costs.
